Local processing

Tacto3D is a local 3D modeling application. Projects, imported geometry, exported files, preferences, and modeling operations are processed on the device. Tacto3D does not automatically upload project files, usage data, or device information.

No App tracking or advertising

The Tacto3D app does not track users, show advertising, use advertising identifiers, or include analytics or telemetry services. Website delivery and website analytics described below do not run inside the app.

Files and settings

Tacto3D accesses project files in its application container and files that the user explicitly opens, imports, saves, or exports through system file interfaces. Application preferences are stored locally using Apple system storage. Removing the application may remove locally stored application data that has not been exported.

Support requests

Tacto3D does not send support information automatically. If the user chooses to contact support, the system mail application opens with an editable diagnostic footer containing the Tacto3D version and build, operating-system version, source revision, and source fingerprint. The user can review, edit, or remove this footer, add a message or attachments, or cancel without sending.

If the user sends the message, it may include the sender's email address, message, the visible diagnostic footer, and any attachment the user chooses to provide. The user's email provider and the support mailbox provider process the message for delivery. Tacto3D uses support information only to answer and resolve the request. It is not sold or used for advertising, analytics, or profiling, and is not otherwise shared except when required by law.

Support messages and attachments are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer and resolve the request or meet legal obligations. Users may request deletion of information previously sent to support by emailing support@lastsy.com from the same address and identifying the relevant request.

Third-party software

The third-party CAD and settings libraries listed in the app under Settings > About > Third-Party Licenses run on the device. Tacto3D does not include third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, telemetry, account, or cloud-service SDKs. These bundled libraries process application data locally and do not transmit it to their developers or other third parties.

Website delivery and security

This public website may use Cloudflare services for hosting, content delivery, DNS, encrypted transport, availability, and protection against abuse. To deliver and protect the website, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, request time, requested address, referrer, browser or device information, approximate location, and security signals. The exact processing depends on the Cloudflare services enabled at the time of a visit.

The website operator does not use this information for advertising or cross-site profiling. Cloudflare processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Optional aggregate website analytics

The website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page usage and performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics and does not fingerprint individual visitors for analytics. It may report aggregate information such as visited pages, referrers, countries, browser or operating-system categories, and performance measurements.

The source website contains no advertising tracker, account system, or behavioral marketing profile. If a future website feature materially changes this data handling, this notice will be updated before that feature is enabled.

Necessary website cookies

The website itself does not set preference or advertising cookies. Some optional Cloudflare security services may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the website or provide a service requested by the visitor. If enabled, these cookies are not used by Tacto3D for advertising.

Children

Tacto3D does not knowingly collect personal information from children and does not provide accounts, social features, advertising, or online profiling.

Changes

If the app later adds networking, analytics, cloud storage, accounts, or other data processing, the App sections and the application's privacy declarations will be updated before those features are released. If the website enables a service involving forms, identity, persistent storage, additional cookies, or third-party scripts, the Website sections will be reviewed and updated before activation.
